Virginie Birade joined Experienced Capital in May 2017 as Investment Director. She monitors four portfolio companies: Sessùn, Sœur, Monday Sports Club and Le Slip Français. She led Experienced Capital's investments in Monday Sports Club and Reform and works actively on the deal-flow, with a focus on Fashion and Accessories, Food and Sports. In addition, Virginie aims to accelerate the implementation of a CSR policy within Experienced Capital and the portfolio companies.

From 2005 to 2012, Virginie worked for Groupe Casino as Project Manager in the financial department of Rallye, then in the Casino Strategy and Planning department, and finally as Head of Financial Operations at Franprix-Leader Price. She works on numerous financing, optimization and management projects as well as on the structuring and monitoring of capital partnerships with franchisees.

In 2012, Virginie joined SMCP's (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot) Finance department as Deputy CFO, in order to support the Group's strong growth and strengthen financial control. For five years, she was mainly in charge of financial control, indirect purchasing and financial communication. She took an active part in the Group's shareholding transactions process in 2013 and 2016.

Virginie graduated from HEC in 2005.
