Raphael Rab joined Experienced Capital in July 2024 as Expert in retail development for France and International, after 20 years of experience with international brands.

He began his career in 2002 at Petit Bateau, where he served as the head of expansion in France for three years. Strongly drawn to international markets, he joined L'Occitane en Provence in 2005 to oversee retail development in France and Europe. During this time, he learned the specifics of each major European country, participating in the opening of numerous new markets.

After managing over 200 openings for this group, he joined SMCP (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot) in 2013 as the director of international development. For 10 years, he supported SMCP's international growth with more than 1000 openings in about thirty different countries, across various formats: street stores, department store corners, affiliates, or outlets in brand villages.
