Hakim Belkacem joined Experienced Capital in September 2024 as an Operations expert.

Hakim began his career in 2014 in the hospitality sector, in financial functions. Initially at the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes, then at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris, where he acquired solid expertise in the luxury hospitality sector.

In 2017, he joined Palatino Hospitality, where he oversaw prestigious hotel projects across Europe, while managing strategic accounts and major openings in the region.

In 2021, he took over as Director of Operations at Cédric Grolet. He piloted the opening of the London boutique and helped set up an innovative master-classes program. He then joined the Akrame group, where he was in charge of operations for the various establishments in France and abroad, while actively contributing to the group's development.

He joined Paris Society in 2023, where he managed the consulting division. He oversaw major projects such as the refurbishment of Mas Candille, the opening of the Casa Monti hotel in Rome, and the design of members club projects in Palm beach, Miami.

Hakim is a graduate of EDHEC, class of 2014.

What drives Hakim

Hakim loves the thrill of culinary discoveries during his food trips, without in any way denying his pleasure in returning to the comfort of dishes already previously explored. He also loves the vibrant pace of Marseille and the hustle and bustle of Paris, unexpected encounters, experiences, and memories shared with friends and family.
